**Expansion Manager — La Cheesequería** **About Us** La Cheesequería is a handmade cheesecake and coffee brand headquartered in Málaga, experiencing rapid growth under a franchise model. We operate our own production facility, which supplies all retail outlets—ensuring simple, scalable operations across each store. Currently, we have 12 stores open and another 8 signed and in the opening phase. **The Role** We are seeking a professional to lead the next phase of the brand’s expansion: identifying and negotiating premises, closing franchise agreements, financing growth, managing relationships with franchisees, and providing occasional support to sales and administration teams. **Responsibilities** * Analyze and select target zones and cities for new store openings through market research, competitor analysis, and location potential assessment. * Prospect and close new franchisees. * Identify suitable retail premises and shopping centers for openings; negotiate lease agreements with property owners and shopping center management companies; conduct legal reviews of such contracts. * Negotiate corporate banking financing. * Identify and manage public grants and subsidies. * Coordinate with key suppliers (interior design and store fit-out, logistics) for new store openings. * Monitor the expansion process and deliver periodic reports to senior management. * Develop and maintain commercial materials for franchisees (e.g., investor dossier, investment proposals). * Provide occasional support to the sales and administration departments. **Requirements** * 2\-3 years of experience in an economics- or law-related role. * Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Law, or a related field. * Proficiency in Excel and AI tools. * Problem-solving mindset, autonomy, and eagerness to learn. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. * Prior experience in expansion, commercial real estate, or franchise development is valued but not mandatory. **What We Offer** * Permanent contract with immediate start. * €24,000 gross/year \+ €1,500 commission per franchise sale. * Opportunity to join a nationally growing brand with a proven, actively expanding business model.
