The selected candidate will join the Finance Department of FMBBVA, which carries out the following functions: I. Financial and Accounting Management of the Foundation: * Financial Consolidation: Responsible for preparing the Foundation’s Consolidated Financial Statements and Annual Accounts, working in collaboration with external advisors. * Accounting and Taxes: Carry out general accounting and tax obligations for the Foundation (individual and consolidated), working with external advisors for corporate income tax. * Budget Planning and Control (FP\&A): + Lead the preparation of the Foundation's annual budget. + Monitor budget execution, identify deviations, and propose corrective measures. II. As a Finance and Transformation Specialist, your work will be essential in ensuring the sustainability of our programs, protecting vulnerable individuals, and guaranteeing that our microfinance initiatives generate sustainable economic and social impact. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting for FMBBVA, contributing to the sustainable growth of the entities within the BBVA Microfinance Foundation. We are seeking a professional with a degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) who combines functional expertise in accounting and financial consolidation with a strategic focus on Digital Transformation. This individual will be crucial in ensuring accurate financial reporting at FMBBVA while leading process optimization and the implementation of advanced technological solutions such as AI and collaborative tools within the Finance department. ### **Responsibilities** The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing quarterly consolidations. Additionally, they will lead the process transformation and optimization project, including: * Process Analysis: Analyze and map current processes and tools. * Transformation Strategy: Propose and design a roadmap for the digital transformation of the department. * Technology Implementation: Lead the deployment of collaborative tools and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to automate routine tasks and optimize data handling and analysis. * Change Management: Act as a facilitator in adopting new technologies and work methodologies within the team. ### **Requirements** * Academic Background: Mandatory Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) or related field. * Critical Experience: At least 5 years of experience in finance or transformation departments. * Essential Technical Skills: + Knowledge of Accounting and Financial Consolidation (functional level, not expert) to supervise the process and collaborate with advisors. + Proven advanced ability in managing and manipulating large volumes of data. + Basic knowledge of SQL; Python will be valued. + Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools. + Knowledge or active interest in applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) or automation (*RPA*) in the financial domain. * Transformation Mindset: Strong orientation towards innovation, process optimization, and continuous improvement. * Analytical Ability: Skill in working with data and translating complex analyses into business decisions. * Proactive and Change-Oriented: Initiative to drive the adoption of new technologies. **Skills:** Annual Accounts, Budget Control, Budgeting, Data Parsing, English Language, Financial Forecasting, Financial Management, Financial Tracking
