RESPONSIBILITIES: * Professionally, proactively, and responsibly handle guest reception and all related tasks. * Provide information and manage reservations. * Coordinate with other departments regarding guest arrivals. * Perform check-in and check-out procedures. * Guide guests on all resort activities and other local tourist attractions. * Plan and assign rooms and/or plots. * Handle administrative tasks. * Carry out billing and payment collection duties. * Receive, process, and forward customer complaints to the appropriate departments. REQUIREMENTS: \- Minimum one year of experience in reception, customer service, and administrative tasks. \- Languages: High proficiency in ENGLISH AND GERMAN. \- Flexible availability and personal vehicle. \- Tourism / administration / customer service education is highly desirable. \- Additional languages are highly desirable: Dutch, French.
