Job Summary: We are seeking vocation-driven nurses for a residential care setting, centered on empathy, respect, and high-quality care, within a collaborative and respectful work environment. Opportunities for work-life balance and professional development We seek nursing professionals who wish to pursue their vocation in a residential care setting in Olías del Rey, where empathy, respect, and high-quality care are at the heart of every working day. A permanent contract is offered, with either 50% or 100% full-time hours, on morning shifts (7:30–14:30) or afternoon shifts (16:30–21:30), with immediate start. Responsibilities include conducting nursing assessments upon admission and periodically, preparing and administering medications according to prescriptions, delivering palliative care, validating care plans jointly with the interdisciplinary team, and documenting each resident’s progress. You will also supervise auxiliary staff’s care delivery, respond to family inquiries, and perform INR testing and dosage adjustments as prescribed by the physician. A nursing diploma or bachelor’s degree is required; experience in socio-healthcare, hospital, or residential settings is valued, as well as additional training in gerontology or gender equality.
