We are seeking a person to coordinate and supervise the construction of luxury residential buildings in Benidorm. The role involves planning each phase, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards, and resolving any issues arising during construction. It also includes managing material and human resources, maintaining control over technical details, and guaranteeing that the final outcome conforms to approved designs. Key responsibilities include leading work teams—both in-house and subcontracted—while fostering a safe and collaborative environment. Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations must be ensured, regular inspections conducted, and coordination carried out with suppliers and subcontractors to guarantee timely delivery of materials and services. Effective communication with all stakeholders is essential to optimize workflow. More than five years of experience in similar roles within residential construction is required, preferably on luxury projects. Familiarity with construction and occupational safety regulations, as well as leadership ability and team management skills, are highly valued.
