Main Responsibilities + Participate in the admissions process, collaborating on initial assessments of new students. + Conduct academic and socioemotional follow-up of students throughout the academic year. + Identify and coordinate responses to Special Educational Needs (SEN), in collaboration with teaching and guidance staff. + Attend and actively participate in meetings with teaching and leadership teams. + Maintain open communication and hold regular meetings with families, offering guidance and support. + Collaborate in the design and implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). + Contribute to the overall well-being of the school community through preventive approaches and early intervention. **Requirements** -------------- * **Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree in Psychology; specialization or master’s degree in Educational Psychology, Psychopedagogy, or School Guidance is highly valued. + Prior experience in educational institutions, preferably international or bilingual settings. + Advanced level of English (official certification will be considered an asset). + Strong communication skills, empathy, and ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
