Guest Experience * Ensure exceptional and personalized service at all times. * Manage and resolve guest complaints, incidents, and special requests. * Anticipate guest needs to exceed expectations. * Welcome and attend VIP guests, repeat customers, and special groups. * Conduct regular walkthroughs of public areas to ensure quality standards and presentation. Operational Management * Supervise overall hotel operations during the assigned shift. * Coordinate activities across departments to ensure smooth operations. * Monitor arrivals, departures, occupancy, and special events. * Ensure compliance with brand policies, procedures, and standards. * Manage emergency situations according to established protocols. **Job Description** The Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing the hotel’s daily operations during their shift, ensuring the highest standards of service, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency. They serve as the primary point of contact for guests and staff, guaranteeing an exceptional experience and resolving any incident promptly and professionally. **Requirements** Education and Experience * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in luxury hotels. * Education in Tourism, Hospitality, Hotel Administration, or related fields. * Solid knowledge of Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Guest Relations. * Experience with hotel management systems (Opera Cloud is a plus). **Additional Information** Our Values **Respect** We value the needs, ideas, and individuality of every person.
