If you have experience and are seeking an opportunity to demonstrate your skills, this vacancy is perfect for you! We are seeking a **Community Dietitian** to join one of our centers. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and customizing center menus while monitoring and ensuring quality and nutritional standards. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and sign off on menus. * Customize menus and adapt them to food allergies and intolerances. * Manage allergen lists and communicate to the kitchen the portion sizes for each preparation required per diet type. * Administrative tasks. * Quality control. * Maintain close contact and coordination with the kitchen team. * Identify and report detected nutrition and dietetics issues. * Prepare special diets and referrals. * APPCC control (mandatory and critical). * Nutritional workshops. **We Offer:** * Full-time schedule (40 hours per week). * Working hours: mornings, Monday to Sunday, with two rest days per week according to collective agreement. * Salary based on the collective agreement for collective catering. * Initial temporary contract, with potential transition to an indefinite-term contract. * Opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic team. * Join a leading company that values and rewards employee effort and dedication: continuous training plan, social benefits, professional development.
