Shape a high-quality user experience in healthcare **BARCELONA, SPAIN** **KYIV, UKRAINE** **SOFTWARE ENGINEERING \& RESEARCH** **HYBRID** **FULL\-TIME** **ENGLISH CV** We are looking for a Full\-Stack Developer to join the Mimics Flow team and help build Mimics Workflow, a new standalone service within our case management platform for personalized patient care. In this role, you will work across the stack to deliver scalable and reliable software solutions, from back\-end services and APIs in .NET to front\-end interfaces in React/Web\-Components. You will collaborate closely with product, QA, and engineering teams, contribute to cloud\-native development and integrations, and help shape a high\-quality user experience in a regulated healthcare environment. What you will do* Build and maintain back\-end services and APIs using .NET Core * Develop front\-end features using React, TypeScript, and related web technologies * Contribute to system integrations and cloud\-native application development * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to deliver product features end\-to\-end * Participate in agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives * Support software quality, maintainability, and technical documentation Your profile* Experience in full\-stack software development * Strong knowledge of .NET Core / ASP.NET Core and front\-end development with React and TypeScript * Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and distributed systems * Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices is a plus * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Comfortable working in an agile environment What we offer **Healthy life\-work balance** When creating a better and healthier world, a good place to start is with yourself.
