**What will your responsibilities be?**
As a Department Manager, you’ll lead a store department with the goal of maximizing sales and delivering an outstanding shopping experience. You’ll be responsible for planning commercial strategies, ensuring visual and operational standards, and managing stock to meet the expectations of store visitors.
Additionally, you’ll coordinate and assign tasks to your team, providing guidance and feedback to develop their skills, while maintaining motivation and commitment. You’ll collaborate with other managers to foster a safe, organized, and efficient workplace—resolving queries or issues and ensuring compliance with company policies.
**How would we like you to be?**
We’re looking for someone with leadership skills who inspires and guides their team toward high performance, encouraging collaboration and learning. We value clear commercial awareness and analytical ability to make strategic decisions and optimize departmental resources.
Resilience is essential—you must be able to manage challenges effectively, and possess strong communication and empathy skills to build solid relationships.
