We are looking for **a Delivery Driver** to join one of our home delivery teams in the province of Valencia. **What do we offer?** * Temporary contract to cover vacation periods. * 36-hour weekly working schedule with an intensive morning shift (Start times: rotating between 06:45 and 07:30 \| End times: between 14:15 and 15:15). * Salary according to collective agreement (1400 €/b/month). * Opportunity to join a leading company that values and rewards employees’ effort and dedication: continuous training plan, social benefits, and professional development. * Start date: June. * Location: Province of Valencia. **Responsibilities:** * Efficiently manage deliveries under high-intensity conditions, demonstrating independent problem-solving ability and maintaining smooth communication with the office to validate critical on-route decisions, ensuring impeccable service image and user care at every delivery. * Supervise and verify cargo loading at the warehouse, ensuring alignment between order details and goods shipped. * Organize the vehicle efficiently to guarantee service continuity and product integrity during transit. * Carry out home deliveries to high-quality standards, delivering personalized, approachable, and professional service at each delivery. * Proactively resolve logistical disruptions (e.g., traffic congestion, customer absence, or route changes). * Maintain performance under pressure and make rapid decisions minimizing impact on delivery timelines. * Act as liaison between the customer and central operations, proactively identifying client-environment shortcomings (e.g., lack of basic appliances or assistance needs) for subsequent reporting and resolution. * Direct responsibility for the vehicle’s condition, ensuring optimal hygiene and cleanliness standards.
