Within this context, the Transformation, Performance & Financial Data team serves as the backbone of the department’s evolution toward a more efficient, automated, and data-driven model, driving initiatives that enhance productivity and improve the quality of financial information. **About the job:** **Your main responsibilities will be**: * Identify and prioritize opportunities for applying Artificial Intelligence to financial processes (reporting, forecasting, reconciliations, variance analysis, etc.). * Design and drive AI use cases focused on efficiency, data quality improvement, and decision support. * Define the AI adoption framework for CIB Finance, including prioritization criteria, best practices, and implementation principles. * Assess the technical feasibility and real-world value of use cases, ensuring focus on impact while avoiding low-efficiency or unnecessarily complex solutions. * Evolve existing automations (RPA) into more advanced AI-based solutions (NLP, machine learning, generative models, copilots, etc.). * Introduce and adapt new AI capabilities (LLMs, agents, intelligent automation) to the financial context, ensuring effective and secure application. * Lead execution of initiatives from conceptualization through deployment and industrialization. * Coordinate with Finance, Data, Technology, and other teams to ensure solution viability and scalability. * Drive new AI-enabled ways of working, improving team productivity and analytical capabilities. * Contribute to the Finance Transformation Plan (VINCI), accelerating adoption of advanced analytics and artificial intelligence capabilities. * Measure and ensure initiative impact in terms of efficiency, time reduction, and operational improvement. This is a highly cross-functional role, results-oriented, and with real capacity to transform financial processes using artificial intelligence. **What are we looking for?** We seek to hire a Manager / Senior Manager with a hybrid profile combining financial business knowledge, deep technical expertise in artificial intelligence, and sound judgment for its practical application in complex environments. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. * Relevant experience (6–10+ years) in transformation, finance, data, or consulting with a focus on process improvement. * Knowledge of financial processes; experience in CIB is especially valued. * Demonstrable experience designing, developing, or implementing AI solutions in production environments—not just proof-of-concept projects. * In-depth knowledge of AI techniques and applications. * Experience using generative models and copilots (prompting, evaluation, business adaptation, etc.), along with understanding of their limitations. * Ability to define AI-based solution architectures, including integration with corporate systems and data. * Experience identifying where to apply AI—and where not to—prioritizing efficient and sustainable solutions. * Experience with multi-agent systems (agentic AI) and advanced process automation is a plus. * Experience working with multidisciplinary teams (business, data, IT). * Ability to lead initiatives from definition through implementation. * Advanced English proficiency.
