The selected candidate will play a key role in defining and deploying initiatives that bridge business and technology, delivering value from conceptualization through execution. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Support the implementation and deployment of data governance initiatives. * Guide domain owners in identifying data owners within source systems. * Define and develop training programs for data stewards. * Drive the evolution and continuous improvement of the Data Product concept. * Produce clear and effective communication materials for various stakeholders. * Support domain owners during onboarding and provide ongoing operational assistance. * Prepare and present content in data governance committees and forums. * Define conceptual deliverables and autonomously interact with different departments. **What are the requirements?** * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technology. * High autonomy, proactivity, and self-management capability. * Experience in gathering and analyzing functional requirements. * Ability to create clear and visual presentations. * Advanced English proficiency (C1). **Nice-to-have:** * 2–3 years of experience in data governance projects. * Familiarity with tools such as Collibra. * Experience in data consulting or data transformation. * Solid understanding of data governance principles and associated roles. **And with us you can enjoy:** Permanent contract **Remote work** Internal training and access to certifications.
