**What will your day-to-day responsibilities be?**
* Providing user support through our official channels: telephone, email, and ticketing system.
* Resolving inquiries and incidents related to our software platforms.
* Managing user onboarding and offboarding, as well as assigning permissions and roles.
* Verifying and tracking updates across various platforms.
* Documenting processes and incidents.
* Periodic communications to the SPA data administration in compliance with current regulations.
**What we are looking for**
* Higher Vocational Training Cycle, Bachelor’s degree, or University degree (no specific specialization required).
* Strong capacity for learning and adapting to new technologies.
* Prior experience in customer service departments is highly valued.
* Proficient use of the Windows environment and Microsoft Office suite.
* High digital competence.
* An organized, solution-oriented individual capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while remaining calm under pressure.

* Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00–14:00 and 15:00–17:00; Friday, 8:00–15:00.
