Every day and in every position, we champion the genuine inclusion of people from vulnerable groups within our teams, directing job offers to any person meeting the required technical and academic qualifications, regardless of their condition, origin, situation, or gender. **WE ARE PEOPLE WHO INTEGRATE PEOPLE**. **JOIN GRUPO OSGA!** **Category:** Cleaning, Glazier, and Auxiliary Services **What will you do?:** * Cleaning of living rooms. * Toilet cleaning (floors, toilets, sinks…). * Cleaning of outdoor courtyards. * Chapel cleaning. * If necessary, opening and closing of the facility. * Reception and customer service. * Customer information and advice. * Access control and monitoring of people flow. * Supervision of proper use of facilities. * Cleaning/emptying of indoor/outdoor trash bins and ashtrays. * Restocking soap and toilet supplies. * Cleaning of common areas. * Sweeping and mopping floors. * Cleaning of door handles, doors, and handrails. * Cleaning of interior and exterior windows. * Vacuuming and cleaning of carpets. * Basic cleaning in areas used for thanatopraxy, thanoesthetics, chapel… * Biological residue cleaning is not performed. **What are the requirements for this position?:** * Ability to provide customer service in emotionally sensitive situations. * Empathy, active listening, and respectful interaction skills, always maintaining a discreet and professional attitude. * Ability to develop a versatile profile. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Knowledge of cleaning, disinfection protocols and products, and equipment. * Prior and continuous experience in cleaning and auxiliary services roles. * Ability to move around the facility, climb and descend stairs. * Class B driving license. * Possession of a Disability Certificate of 33% or higher is valued. **What will your schedule be?:** You will work 38.5 hours per week, Monday through Sunday, according to client availability, on rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts. **What type of contract will you have?:** Temporary contract, one-year promotion contract. **What will your salary be?:** €22,000 gross annually in 14 payments + €180 availability allowance in 12 payments + €150 responsibility allowance in 12 payments. **When do you start?:** As soon as possible. **Where?:** Sierra de Madrid area
