We are seeking an **Events Coordinator** to contribute to the planning and execution of academic, corporate, and institutional events, ensuring an excellent experience for participants, speakers, and internal teams.
**Position Mission**

To coordinate the end-to-end organization of assigned events, ensuring achievement of objectives, adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and budget, while facilitating smooth communication among internal departments and external suppliers.
**Key Responsibilities**
---------------------------------
* Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.
* Gather internal client requirements and translate them into operational plans.
* Develop timelines, agendas, and work plans for each event.
* Coordinate venues, catering, audiovisual equipment, materials, transportation, accommodation, and other logistical services.
* Manage relationships with external suppliers, request proposals, and monitor contracted services.
* Coordinate registrations, accreditations, and communications with participants and speakers.
* Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown.
* Serve as the primary point of contact during events and resolve incidents promptly.
* Monitor budgets, invoices, and related administrative processes.
* Collaborate with various IESE departments to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience.
* Collect feedback and prepare follow-up and evaluation reports.
* Propose improvements to event processes, tools, and formats.
**Profile We Seek**

* University degree in Tourism, Event Management, Communication, Public Relations, Protocol, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Prior experience in organizing and coordinating events.
* Advanced proficiency in both Spanish and English, spoken and written.
* Strong command of Microsoft Office and ease working with digital management and communication tools.
* Availability to work outside regular hours as required by event needs.
