For the **Hotel Bellevue Club**, located in **Alcudia**, we are seeking to strengthen our kitchen team by hiring **Cooks** and **Kitchen Assistants**, key profiles to ensure high-quality service aligned with our operational standards. **Your mission:** Join the kitchen team at Hotel Bellevue, contributing to smooth service operations through food preparation, cooking, and operational support in the kitchen, ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety standards. ***What will you do daily?*** Cook * Prepare and present assigned dishes according to established standards. * Organize and supervise assigned stations or tasks during service. * Monitor proper use and storage of ingredients. * Collaborate with the kitchen team on daily work planning. * Comply with and uphold hygiene and food safety regulations. Kitchen Assistant * Support pre-service food preparation and basic cooking tasks. * Assist the Cook during service as required by operational needs. * Perform cleaning and organization of work areas, utensils, and equipment. * Collaborate in proper ingredient storage and material restocking. * Comply with hygiene and food safety regulations. * **Requirements:** --------------- ***What do we need from you?*** *Mandatory* * Prior kitchen experience in a similar role (Cook or Kitchen Assistant). * Ability to work effectively in teams within high-activity environments. * Responsibility, organization, and service-quality orientation. * Availability for full-time work with flexible working hours. * **Residence in Alcudia or the surrounding area.** *Desirable* * Previous experience in hotels. * Familiarity with kitchen operations for high-volume services. * Proactive attitude and commitment to doing quality work. * Ability to adapt to varying service paces. ***What do we offer?*** * Immediate hiring at O7 Hotels’ Hotel Bellevue Club. * **Short-to-long-term replacement contract.** * Salary according to the current Hospitality Collective Agreement. * Full-time position with flexible working hours. ***Are you interested?*** If you meet the requirements and wish to join O7 Hotels’ kitchen team this summer season, we would be delighted to meet you.
