We are looking for a **self-sufficient functional profile**, with critical thinking skills and a strong desire to understand how systems operate from the inside. **Conditions** --------------- * Contract: **Permanent** * Work mode: **Hybrid**, \*\* 3 days per week on-site * Workplace: **Madrid**, Delicias area * Working hours: **Flexible**, start time between 8:00\-9:00 and end time between 17:00\-18:00 * Salary: Based on professional experience * **Start date: Immediate** * Full-time: 100% * Travel: Exceptionally to other locations * Candidate location: Spain **Your responsibilities** ------------- * Work as a **Manhattan Active WM Functional Consultant**. * Analyze system behavior and understand functional processes. * Investigate incidents and issues, formulate hypotheses, and propose potential solutions. * Perform reverse engineering on the system to identify appropriate configurations. * Propose functional solutions autonomously. * Participate in an **Agile** working environment. * Understand the relationship between physical warehouse processes and their logical representation in the system. REQUIREMENTS **Mandatory** ------------------ * **4 or more years of professional experience.** * Experience and ability to work autonomously in functional environments. * Curiosity and willingness to investigate and resolve complex problems. * **Critical thinking:** ability to formulate hypotheses before seeking answers. * **Reverse engineering capability:** observe, test, and analyze system behavior. * Autonomy to explore and find solutions. * **Advanced English, mandatory.** * University degree or Higher Vocational Training qualification. **Desirable** ------------ * Knowledge of **supply chain, logistics, retail operations, or inventory management**. * Experience as a user of a **WMS, SAP, or ERP**, especially from an operational perspective. * Basic knowledge of **APIs and Postman**. * Conceptual understanding of data structures and mappings. * Understanding of physical\-logical process flows. * Understanding of object state progression and *status flows* within the system.
