RESPONSIBILITIES: * Job position analysis. * Definition and evaluation of candidate profiles. * Planning and designing recruitment processes, including selection of sourcing channels. * Drafting and publishing job advertisements. * Conducting interviews, group dynamics, and other selection techniques. * Competency and knowledge assessment. * Preparing candidate evaluation reports. * Coordinating with the onboarding process. * Establishing and measuring recruitment and selection KPIs. * Managing hiring, registrations, terminations, and tracking of temporary workers (ATs). * Monitoring and reviewing payroll payments/invoicing. * Client Retention: Maintaining smooth communication with the existing client portfolio to ensure satisfaction, identify new staffing needs, and resolve any issues.
