We are looking for **a Delivery Driver** to join one of our home delivery teams in the province of Castellón. **What do we offer?** * Temporary contract to cover the vacation period. * 36-hour weekly work schedule with intensive morning shifts (Start times: rotating between 06:30 and 07:00 \| End times: between 14:15 and 15:15). * Salary according to collective agreement (€1400/b/month). * Opportunity to join a leading company that values and rewards employees’ effort and dedication: continuous training plan, social benefits, and professional development. * Start date: July. * Location: province of Castellón. **Responsibilities:** * Efficiently manage deliveries under high-intensity conditions, demonstrating independent problem-solving ability and maintaining fluent communication with the office to validate critical on-route decisions, ensuring impeccable user image and care in every delivery. * Supervise and verify cargo at the warehouse, confirming alignment between orders and goods. * Organize the vehicle efficiently to guarantee service continuity and product integrity during transit. * Execute home deliveries to high-quality standards, delivering personalized, approachable, and professional service at each delivery. * Proactively resolve logistical disruptions (e.g., traffic congestion, customer absence, or route changes). * Maintain performance under pressure and make rapid decisions minimizing impact on delivery timelines. * Serve as liaison between customers and central operations, proactively identifying environmental deficiencies at customer premises (e.g., lack of basic appliances or assistance needs), reporting them for subsequent resolution. * Direct responsibility for the vehicle’s condition, ensuring optimal hygiene and cleanliness levels.
