Some of your responsibilities as a Commercial Representative at SGWeber will include: * Promoting, selling, and distributing the company’s products and/or services within your assigned territory. * Acting as the communication link between the company and the market. * Actively identifying and acquiring potential customers across various market segments. * Providing direct technical advice on construction solutions at job sites. * Promoting the company’s products and/or services and its brand image. * Preparing commercial proposals and negotiating sales terms. * Resolving issues arising during the sales process. * Registering data in CRM. **Is this role right for you?** This position is ideal if: * You have at least three years’ experience as a commercial representative in our sector, with regular site visits. * You have experience managing CRM systems. * Experience in distribution and the Facades business line is valued. * You possess strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills. * You demonstrate active listening skills when engaging with customers.
