Some of the responsibilities you’ll undertake as a commercial representative at SGWeber include: * Promoting, selling, and distributing the company’s products and/or services within your assigned territory. * Acting as the communication link between the company and the market. * Proactively identifying and acquiring potential customers across various market segments. * Providing direct technical advice on construction solutions at construction sites. * Promoting the company’s products and/or services and enhancing its brand image. * Preparing commercial proposals and negotiating sales terms. * Resolving issues arising during the sales process. * Recording data in the CRM system. **Is this job right for you?** This position is ideal for you if: * You have at least three years of commercial experience in our sector—visiting construction sites, distributors, and/or construction companies. * You have experience managing a CRM system. * Commercial experience with mortars, façade systems, waterproofing, or similar construction materials is mandatory. * Experience in distribution and façade systems is highly valued. * You possess strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills. * You demonstrate active listening skills when engaging with customers.
