One of the regions with the highest growth potential is Madrid, where we currently serve 155 schools (out of more than 2,000). In recent years, we have built a Sales/Growth team focused on continued expansion: professionals who think strategically to increase New Business revenue—and thereby maximize student learning across as many schools as possible. To achieve this, we assign one sales lead per region where we have offices. This person reports directly to the Central Regional Manager and, together with the Head of Sales, plans the strategy to meet objectives. The Madrid office has grown significantly in recent years, and exponential growth is anticipated. ### **Your Mission** You will play a key role in expanding Innovamat in Madrid and the Castillas regions. Initially, you will execute Growth levers to maximize regional revenue. You will begin building relationships with key sector stakeholders alongside the Regional Manager and Head of Sales. You will manage end\-to\-end some of our key client accounts to familiarize yourself with the business and the B2B Schools market.
