We are looking for a person passionate about patient care, possessing commercial skills and a strong commitment to delivering an outstanding experience from the very first contact. What will your responsibilities be? * ** In-person, telephone, and WhatsApp reception and customer service.** * ** Appointment scheduling and coordination.** * ** Personalized consultation on medical-aesthetic treatments.** * ** Patient follow-up and conversion of quotations.** * ** Administrative tasks and support to the medical team.** * ** Ensuring close, professional, and exclusive attention during every visit.** Essential requirements ✔ Proven experience as a receptionist and/or commercial advisor in aesthetic medicine or cosmetic surgery clinics. ✔ Commercial profile with experience in sales and advisory services for treatments. ✔ Advanced level of English (mandatory). ✔ Excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and patient orientation. ✔ Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
