Position Summary: We are seeking an Engineer with experience in electrical calculations and grid code compliance studies for power electrical systems, to join a multidisciplinary team focused on service delivery. Since our founding in 2000, we have continuously grown and are now involved in engineering and consulting projects worldwide. We seek an **Engineer** with experience conducting **electrical calculations and grid code compliance studies for power electrical systems**, who will join Boslan’s Generation and Networks Unit Substations T\&D team to perform activities such as: * Modeling and simulation of static and dynamic power electrical systems. * Development of RMS and EMT models. * Load flow studies and stability analysis. * Power quality studies (flicker, harmonics, unbalance). * Reactive power compensation studies. * Load flow studies and stability analysis. * Network contingency studies (N and N\-1). * Short-circuit studies. * Insulation coordination studies. * Protection coordination studies. * Technical support to clients regarding electrical studies. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Technical Engineering Degree / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering. * Minimum 4 years’ experience conducting grid code compliance studies. * Knowledge of Spanish electrical regulations, IEC, IEEE. * Familiarity with the Spanish Grid Code. * Advanced proficiency in DigSilent. * Advanced proficiency in PSSE. * Advanced proficiency in PSCAD. * English language proficiency at C1 level or higher. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of European grid codes. * Proficiency in other electrical calculation software (ETAP, dmELECT, CDEGS, etc.). * Experience in grid code compliance studies for Data Center or BESS projects. * Knowledge of substation control and protection systems. * Experience in designing and calculating substation protection settings.
