




Job Summary: We are seeking a Cook for an American cuisine restaurant in Pinto, responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety, as well as executing the kitchen cleaning and product control plan. Execution of the kitchen cleaning plan and product control We are looking for a Cook for an American cuisine restaurant located in Pinto, Madrid. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining high product quality standards and adhering to customer service protocols during their shift. This includes strict compliance with all hygiene standards, food handling procedures, and established food safety measures. Daily tasks include executing the kitchen cleaning plan and performing defined actions for optimal product control. Strict adherence to guidelines regarding dish preparation, presentation, and service timing is essential to ensure consistency. The employment contract is indefinite and part-time (30 hours per week). The restaurant operates from 10:30 AM to 12:30 AM, with closing time possibly varying to 11:30 PM depending on the day. Shifts may be scheduled continuously or in rotations, with 5 working days followed by 2 consecutive days off.
