Support in order management and menu planning In Villaralbo, we are looking for a cook for a residential care center, offering a temporary contract of 3 to 6 months with full-time (100%) working hours. The schedule is organized in rotating shifts, either from 8:00 to 15:00 or from 15:00 to 22:00, with immediate start. Main responsibilities include supporting the kitchen manager in receiving orders, verifying the quality of raw materials, and preparing menus according to technical specifications for each dish. You must also be familiar with and ensure compliance with current regulations governing food service, while safeguarding user satisfaction. Additionally, you must operate the DOMUSCHEF tool to generate daily production reports and place orders when the manager is unavailable. Requirements include formal training in hospitality and catering, along with a minimum of 12 months’ experience in a similar role, preferably in collective catering. Positive consideration will be given to candidates holding certifications in food handling, use of cleaning chemicals, or any other complementary training related to this field.
