We seek a professional with extensive experience in the financial sector to assume the role of Client Director / Client Senior Manager in the Banking area. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading business development at major Spanish banking institutions, consolidating Babel’s position as the reference strategic partner in an environment of digital transformation and acceleration. Key Responsibilities: * Position Babel as one of the leading consultancies in the Spanish banking sector, building trusted relationships with key business and technology decision-makers, and representing the company at industry forums and associations. * Drive consultative sales processes by identifying and understanding client needs to deliver technology solutions that support their goals of innovation, efficiency, and growth. * Contribute to designing, developing, and enhancing the sector-specific service portfolio, fostering partnerships within the ecosystem of alliance partners. * Lead executive and multidisciplinary teams under their responsibility, maintaining an integrated operational vision covering business development, project delivery, people management, and budget management. * Ensure achievement of business and financial objectives, guaranteeing the sustainability of accounts under their management and contributing to client portfolio growth and service profitability.
