This position is based in Madrid. **Your key responsibilities will include:** * Managing the claims opening process. * Preparing claims reports (including charts and tables). * Supporting claim reviews. * Performing administrative tasks related to claims management. Collaborating and actively participating with insurance company call centers. * **What you need to have:** * Bachelor’s degree (immediate full-time availability required) * Intermediate level of English (B2/C1\). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Initiative and a strong sense of responsibility. * Ability to prioritize tasks when handling multiple assignments and deliver them within deadlines. * Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and various internal teams.
