A growing chemical company located in the Vallès Occidental region, specializing in raw materials for fragrances and aromas, is seeking to hire a Chemical Plant Operator to perform process control and monitoring tasks involving product transformation and rectification at its recently expanded synthesis facility.
**Responsibilities**
* Carry out manufacturing operations following established procedures or specific instructions.
* Record production data, process parameters, and required controls at each stage.
* Handle chemical products with due regard for their hazards, in compliance with internal Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) regulations.
* Properly use equipment, tools, and materials, ensuring their good condition and maintenance.
* Wear mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) appropriate to the task and chemicals handled.
* Perform loading, unloading, dosing, mixing, and packaging of products according to the production plan.
* Maintain a clean and orderly workstation and manufacturing areas, in accordance with cleaning standards.
* Report any incidents, deviations, or identified risks occurring during the shift.
* Collaborate with the maintenance team as needed for minor interventions or inspections.
* Participate in internal training programs and comply with the company’s quality, safety, and environmental protocols.
**Requirements:**
\- Formal education with specialization in Higher Vocational Training Cycle (CFGS) in Industrial Chemistry or Medium-Level Vocational Training Cycle (CFGM) in Chemical Plant Operations.
\- Motivation for continuous improvement; meticulous and detail-oriented individual.
