Our core values—collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust—guide us toward excellence. **What do we value?** * Experience as a Business Data Analyst or Reporting Specialist in analytical environments. * Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools: SQL, SAS Enterprise Guide, Power BI, and SAS Visual Analytics. * Knowledge of data quality processes and information validation (data quality and data reconciliation). * Experience in customer segmentation and marketing/CRM campaign analysis. * Ability to develop strategic and operational reporting aligned with business objectives. * Skill in identifying and resolving data-related incidents. * Analytical profile, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in dynamic environments. **What would your responsibilities be?** * Executing customer segmentations and selections defined by the Lead Analyst for campaigns and commercial initiatives. * Analyzing marketing and CRM campaigns, evaluating key metrics such as response rates, conversion rates, and ROI. * Developing periodic and ad-hoc reports for various business areas, delivering actionable insights. * Creating and maintaining dashboards in Power BI and SAS Visual Analytics, tailored to business needs. * Verifying data quality (reconciliations), ensuring consistency and integrity throughout analytical processes. * Detecting, analyzing, and resolving data incidents arising from analytical and reporting processes. * Generating campaign and loyalty program tracking reports, ensuring continuous visibility of results.
