The E-commerce Department requires an intern to join the Springfield Web Merchandising team. Your training will include: * Learning how to maintain up-to-date web product information (photos, names, descriptions, composition, care instructions, features, prices, etc.) * Supporting the Merchandising team in monitoring and controlling stock across all markets * Assisting the team to ensure all in-stock products are correctly uploaded with full information across all relevant markets and languages * Supporting the Merchandising team in sales analysis and tracking * Tracking and receiving product samples together with the Brand Department * Monitoring product photography and retouching in collaboration with the Photo Studio team * Training to manage and monitor daily product grid ordering to ensure alignment with the brand’s commercial strategy * Learning market tracking and benchmark creation If you’ve read this far and what you’ve seen matches your profile, here’s what comes next: **Duration**: 6 months + possibility of extension for another 6 months **Location**: Madrid city center (north zone; accessible by metro, urban bus, or commuter train; if driving, parking is readily available as it is not a metered zone) **Additional Benefits:** * Company cafeteria offering affordable meal plans—or bring your own lunch, as microwaves and refrigerators are available across various building areas * On-site medical service * No need to arrange a training agreement with an educational institution—we handle it internally! **Requirements** -------------- * Background in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Marketing, or related fields * Skilled in multitasking * Highly organized, capable of handling high-volume workloads * Enthusiastic about teamwork and collaboration * Strong attention to detail * Proactive and autonomous * Excellent communication skills * Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Salesforce, Prestashop, Shopify, or similar) is a plus **Location:** Madrid (Spain)**Contract Type:** Internship**Sector:** Marketing and Communications**Vacancies:** 1**Discipline:** Others**Work Modality:** Hybrid
