Description
***Would you like to learn Google Ads at an e-commerce business with the soul of a bookstore?***
At **Bookish**, we’re looking for an intern eager to learn, with an analytical mindset and curiosity about e-commerce, digital advertising, and data.
Bookish began as a literary subscription box and today is much more: we operate physical bookstores, an e-commerce platform, a mobile app, and a growing community of readers. We are part of **Grupo Tansley**, alongside brands such as Sports Emotion, GUAW, Milbby, and Brandstory — sharing knowledge, projects, and a highly dynamic approach to building businesses around human passions.
If you enjoy working with data and digital marketing, and would like to learn within a project connected to the world of books, this could be an excellent opportunity to start your career.
***What will your mission be?***
Your mission will be to support the development, analysis, and optimization of Bookish’s **Google Ads** strategy.
We’re not looking for someone who simply “tweaks campaigns”, but rather for a person eager to understand how the business works, how users behave, and how each campaign can meaningfully contribute.
Bookish is not just any e-commerce business: we work with multiple bookstores, several domains, an extensive catalog, and many variables influencing sales — such as stock levels, availability, delivery timelines, specialization, and local demand.
Here, you’ll learn how to connect campaigns, products, data, and real-world business.
***What will you do on a day-to-day basis?***
* Support the review and optimization of **Google Ads** campaigns, especially Search and Shopping.
* Participate in reviewing tools such as **Google Ads, Merchant Center, GA4, and tracking systems**, helping identify potential improvements or measurement issues.
* Analyze searches by title, author, ISBN, category, and local demand to uncover opportunities within the catalog.
* Help assess which products make sense to activate in campaigns — and which don’t — considering purchase intent, availability, margin, and performance.
* Collaborate on creating dashboards, reporting, and performance analysis to support decision-making.
* Work with campaign data, ROAS, POAS, stock levels, availability, and actual performance metrics to understand what’s working — and where we can improve.
* Also contribute to documenting learnings, processes, and structures that help us build a more robust, scalable, and replicable model.
***Who are we looking for?***
* We’d love to meet you if you’re currently studying or have studied **Business Administration & Management (ADE), Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Marketing, Digital Analytics, or related fields**.
* We seek an organized, curious person with logical thinking and a desire to understand how things work — beyond merely executing tasks.
* You don’t need to arrive knowing everything. To us, initiative, attention to detail, analytical ability, and strong motivation to learn matter far more.
* Prior interest or basic knowledge of **Google Ads, e-commerce, digital analytics, marketplaces, Excel, Looker Studio, GA4, or SQL** will also be viewed positively.
And, of course, if you have a personal connection to the world of books — even better. You don’t need to be the world’s most avid reader, but you should genuinely want to be part of a project centered on reading, culture, and publishing e-commerce.
***What do we offer?***
