These positions are based in Barcelona, at Sephora Sant Cugat and El Corte Inglés Diagonal. ### **Job responsibilities** **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Deliver an exceptional customer experience, building lasting relationships and maximizing loyalty. * Convey Benefit’s passion and DNA in every interaction. * Manage the Brow Bar comprehensively: achieve sales targets, deliver outstanding customer experience, manage stock, visual standards, and merchandising. * Perform makeup and eyebrow services (waxing, tinting, and laminating) according to the brand’s excellence standards. * Collaborate closely with the Benefit team and Sephora Management to ensure store success. * Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor developments. ### **Profile** **PROFILE** * Training in Aesthetics, Makeup, or Personal Image. * Minimum two years’ experience selling cosmetics, fragrances, or specialized retail. Experience performing eyebrow waxing is highly valued. * Intermediate level of English. * Availability to work 35 hours/week, Monday–Saturday, 12:00–20:00. * Customer- and results-oriented, detail-focused, strong communication skills, autonomy, initiative, and proactivity. ### **Additional information** *LVMH Beauty Iberia believes in the unique talent of individuals and celebrates all forms of uniqueness.
