At **Compramostucoche.es**, part of Europe's leading automotive digital platform, we are looking to hire an **Automotive Administration Assistant** for **Barcelona.** **What We Offer** * Permanent contract. * Fixed salary \+ commissions. * Rotating weekday schedule (Monday to Friday): either 08:30–15:30 or 14:00–21:00. Three Saturdays per month, from 09:00 to 14:00. * Inter-branch mobility within Barcelona is possible. **Job Description** Your main objective will be to ensure that the administrative and documentation process for each vehicle purchase and sale transaction is managed swiftly, accurately, and efficiently—accompanying the customer throughout the process. Key responsibilities include: * Requesting, reviewing, and validating vehicle, customer, and appraisal documentation. * Drafting purchase and sale contracts and managing all required documentation to formalize transactions. * Digitizing, controlling, and archiving documentation, ensuring information remains up to date. * Resolving and tracking administrative incidents arising during the process. * Managing and tracking payments. * Coordinating necessary logistical support for vehicle collection from the branch. **Requirements** * Experience and/or knowledge in document management related to vehicle purchase and sale. * Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual. * Valid EU driving license (Class B).
