At TÜV Rheinland Ibérica, we are seeking a **Facility Management and Energy Management Auditor**.
**Job Description**

* Responsible for order creation (partially – mainly if not in combination with quote creation).
* Responsible for recording or processing of activity recording (service hours \- if applicable, subcontracting invoices, travel costs, etc.), incl. ensuring the correct posting.
* Responsible for order management (maintenance, update, monitoring), necessary changes in sales orders, create new items, e. g. subcontractor items, create subcontractor PO if necessary incl. customer information, order processing related to customer changes/insolvencies.
* Responsible for order completion incl. invoicing (creation of payment requests, invoicing incl. ensuring the processes of activity recording, cancellations and credit notes (incl. coordination of internal approval process)) under consideration of closing dates.
* Responsible for creation and processing of invoice complaints, tracking deadlines, ensuring timely processing and escalation if necessary.
* Responsible for the continuous order controlling of own orders (quality and plausibility check, POC/backlog controlling, ensuring timely invoicing, review order closing, creation of post calculations and determination and reporting of non\-profitable orders.
* Responsible for the management of issues identified by OVH COP.
* Other duties as assigned.
**Position Description**

On-site position at the client’s premises, where your main responsibilities will be:
* Reviewing the condition of facilities across various buildings.
* Verifying proper execution of corrective and preventive maintenance.
* Confirming correct delivery of services in accordance with contractual specifications.
* Measuring and analyzing contractual service performance indicators.
* Validating budgets and technical proposals.
* Conducting contractual compliance audits related to maintenance and services.
* Supervising maintenance activities and implementation of new installations.
* Analyzing energy consumption and identifying opportunities for improving energy efficiency.
* Establishing energy consumption baselines and tracking achieved energy savings.
* Applying measurement and verification methodologies for energy savings based on IPMVP criteria.
* Preparing technical reports and supporting documentation for energy performance results.
* Coordinating with various client stakeholders to ensure achievement of defined objectives.
**Requirements**

**Education**
* Technical degree in Engineering or Architecture.
Additional education and knowledge in the following areas will be valued:
* Electrical Installations.
* HVAC Systems.
* Construction Project Management.
* Facility Maintenance.
* Industrial regulations applicable to installations.
* Energy Management and energy efficiency.
* IPMVP methodology (International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol).
**Experience**
Minimum 2 years’ experience in roles related to:
* Facility maintenance.
* Contractual compliance audits for maintenance and services.
* Execution of construction works and new installations in buildings.
* Management and supervision of service contracts with ANS.
* Measurement, monitoring, and justification of energy savings.
* Energy consumption analysis and baseline development.
Official IPMVP certification is not mandatory, although practical experience applying this methodology and in energy efficiency projects will be positively considered.
