




Job Summary: We are seeking audiovisual content technicians to produce and disseminate local informative and audiovisual material. Key Responsibilities: 1. Production and dissemination of informative and audiovisual content. 2. Coordinated work with the editorial and production team. 3. Creation of news and audiovisual content for social media. El Vendrell Comunicació, SLM is the municipal communication medium of El Vendrell, dedicated to producing and disseminating local informative and audiovisual content, with the aim of serving citizens and promoting local information through various channels (radio, television, and digital platforms). The primary function of the audiovisual content technician position is to select, assemble, configure, and verify the proper functioning of cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and accessories before and after each filming session. Required Profile: Technical Education and Knowledge A degree in audiovisual communication or image and sound is required, with proficiency in cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and editing tools for television and multiplatform content production. Journalistic Context Knowledge Familiarity with and adaptability to journalistic workflows is valued, as well as the ability to capture and edit images that reinforce the journalistic message. Personal and Professional Competencies We seek an autonomous, organized, and rigorous individual, capable of teamwork and contributing visual judgment in dynamic environments. Availability and Working Conditions Flexibility in working hours and availability to work weekends, as well as willingness to travel within the medium’s coverage area, are required. Select, assemble, configure, and verify the proper functioning of cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and accessories before and after each filming session. Evaluate the recording space, lighting conditions, and technical script to determine camera placement, shot types, and visual coherence with project objectives. Capture, select, and assemble recorded images and sequences. Perform editing and post-production tasks: sound adjustment, graphics, and color grading. Supervise the digitization of audiovisual material and prepare final copies for broadcast or distribution. Collaborate closely with the editorial and production team, adapting audiovisual production to the pace and dynamics of journalistic work.
