During this succession process, your responsibilities will include: participating in the development and improvement of recycled cardboard products, optimization of materials, formulations, and manufacturing costs; analyzing and interpreting test results from our laboratory and independent labs; providing technical support to the production department for industrial process improvement and for ensuring quality and sustainability standards; collaborating on supplier qualification; providing technical support to customers and new developments; participating in innovation, packaging, and sustainability projects. You will follow a technical development and preparation plan to assume the Technical Director role. We are looking for a candidate holding a degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position within industrial companies involved in paper/cardboard, packaging, packaging materials, adhesives, or technical materials. Experience in FSC and ISO certifications, industrial quality, recycled materials, adhesives or dextrins, and lean manufacturing / continuous improvement will be highly valued. Compensation will be discussed individually with each candidate.
