To achieve this, your responsibilities will include: Plan, organize and supervise the staff under the Store Manager's responsibility in their absence. Train and develop store employees. Assist in ordering products for the store's assortment. Propose additions and removals of items, as well as improvements in product placement and store layout. Supervise and suggest improvements in goods receiving processes. Manage the safe and cash change, as well as coordinate cash collections with the security company and the Store Manager. Supervise the preparation of processed food products.
