Are you looking for a job where every day is a fun and different experience? **What will you do on a daily basis?** **Staff management:** recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and supervision of the sales team and other store employees. **Inventory management:** stock control, order placement, goods receipt and classification, and in-store restocking. **Customer service:** ensuring high-quality service, resolving customer issues, and fostering satisfaction. **Store supervision:** ensuring proper product presentation, cleanliness and orderliness in the store, and correct implementation of merchandising strategy. **Performance tracking:** analyzing store performance indicators and adjusting strategies to achieve sales targets and other company objectives. **What are we looking for?** Education: Compulsory Secondary Education. Experience: Minimum 2 years managing a store comprehensively. Languages: Intermediate English. Personal vehicle and valid driver’s license. High availability for rotating shifts. **What do we offer?** (40 hours): €1,700 \- €1,900 gross per month (including legally mandated rest periods). *Salary range* (includes night shifts, holidays, and Sundays)*: €1,800 \- €2,000 gross per month* Professional learning and growth opportunities within ALE\-HOP!
