As a Retail Expert, you won’t just sell products—you’ll be on the front line of Dyson’s mission to excite and inspire customers. You’ll bring our cutting-edge technology to life, transforming the retail space into a dynamic, interactive theatre where every customer interaction marks the beginning of their Dyson journey. Your key responsibilities will include: * Product expertise: Become a subject-matter authority on Dyson products, deeply understanding their features and benefits to clearly and simply communicate their unique value to customers. * Customer engagement: Delight customers with a warm, personalized experience—listening to their needs and helping them make informed decisions. * Sales demonstrations: Actively promote and demonstrate Dyson technology, highlighting its features in ways that captivate and excite customers. * Store presentation: Ensure the retail space is clean, organized, and visually appealing, presenting Dyson products in the best possible way. * Inventory management: Monitor inventory levels, assist with restocking, and report any discrepancies to ensure smooth operations. * Collaboration: Work closely with your Dyson colleagues and external retail partners to deliver an impeccable, high-quality customer experience. * Be the person who sparks curiosity, captivates customers, and leaves a lasting impression of Dyson’s innovation.
