Architects \- BIM Projects, Urban Planning, and Building Construction (Oviedo) **Positions Available** ---------------------- 4 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 4 Architects to support projects using BIM methodology, urban planning, and building construction in Oviedo. **Workplace Location** -------------------- * Principality of Asturias Address: Oviedo **Responsibilities and Tasks** ---------------------- * Development of projects using BIM methodology * Urban and territorial planning * Building construction **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing assessment tests and/or attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any stage of the process documents verifying the information declared in the application, as well as to require additional information from the curriculum vitae whenever such information is necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits for the advertised position. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Architecture degree or Bachelor's + Official Master's degree qualifying for architecture practice (MECES Level 3) (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities) ### **Prior Experience** * At least 1 year of employment-contract-based experience in building energy efficiency improvement projects * At least 1 year of employment-contract-based experience in project development using BIM methodology **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Theoretical training accredited for more than 60 hours in BIM (distinct from the required qualification) ### **Prior Experience** * From 1 to 3 years of experience in building energy efficiency improvement projects (employment-contract-based experience) * From 1 to 3 years of experience in project development using BIM methodology (employment-contract-based experience) ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Employment-contract-based experience in urban planning and/or territorial organization **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 30 months, linked to the execution of the assignment detailed in the publication under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union funds. + Full-time working schedule The application submission period will remain open from today, 28/08/2026, until 14/09/2026 at 23:59 (Peninsular Time).
