An architect with experience to join our team. Main responsibilities will include the design and drafting of buildings and all types of construction projects, covering everything from initial concept to detailed drawings. You will also be responsible for the planning and comprehensive management of construction projects, ensuring that each stage proceeds efficiently and in an organized manner. Additionally, you will be in charge of preparing energy efficiency certificates and building assessment reports, as well as technical specifications. Solid knowledge of design software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD Architecture, Presto, as well as experience with construction drawings, Arquímedes, and Excel is required. A full-time permanent contract with flexible working hours is offered.
