**Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental fields, seeks to hire 1 Architect \- Biomass Boiler Installation in Málaga **Work Location** -------------------- * Málaga **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Fieldwork, including layout drafting, surveys of rooms, buildings, outdoor areas, and streets. * Preparation of technical documentation such as reports (descriptive and constructive), annexes, planimetry, and budgets. * Energy performance certifications. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any stage of the process the documents verifying the data declared in the application, as well as to require additional information from the candidate’s CV, whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits for this vacancy. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Hold a degree in Architecture or a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a Bachelor’s Degree in Foundations of Architecture combined with a Master’s Degree in Architecture (MECES Level 3\) (degree recognized in Spain or an equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Class B driving license (to be attached) **Merits (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Previous Experience** * From 6 months to 4 years of fieldwork and data collection experience (employment contract required) (to be indicated in CV). * From 6 months to 4 years of experience preparing technical documentation (reports, drawings, specifications, budgets) (employment contract required) (to be indicated in CV). * From 6 months to 4 years of experience using computer-aided design (CAD) software and Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodology (employment contract required) (to be indicated in CV). ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Eligibility to formalize a training contract for professional practice linked to the qualification required in this vacancy (for this purpose, no more than 3 years may have elapsed since completion of the qualification, or 5 years if a disability certificate is provided; nor may a previous training contract of this type linked to the same qualification have been signed for longer than 6 months). **Observations** ----------------- * Open to either a training contract for professional practice or a fixed-term contract, depending on the selected candidate: + If a training contract for professional practice is formalized, the following will be offered: A fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 6 months, extendable for another 6 months if applicable. In case of signing a trainee/training contract, the candidate’s qualification must be related to the tasks of the advertised position, and activities performed under the trainee contract must be appropriate to the candidate’s academic background, enabling acquisition of suitable professional practice aligned with the level of studies completed. + If a fixed-term contract is formalized, the following will be offered: A fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 6 months, extendable for another 3 months if applicable. + Full-time working schedule.
