Your Responsibilities: Appian Solution Development * Build custom applications on the Appian platform. * Translate functional requirements into robust, scalable technical designs. Quality, Support, and Continuous Improvement * Provide technical support and evolutionary maintenance. * Proactively anticipate incidents and contribute to solution stability. Collaboration and Communication * Work hand-in-hand with development teams, business units, and end users. * Maintain clear, transparent, and focused communication with stakeholders, ensuring visibility and alignment. ✨ What We Expect From You * Prior experience developing solutions on Appian. * Ability to work collaboratively and customer-oriented. * Analytical, problem-solving mindset with a continuous improvement orientation. * Technical education in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields is valued.
