The values guiding us toward excellence are collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust. **What do we value?** Solid experience as an Angular-specialized Frontend Developer in: * Advanced experience with Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, Angular Material, Bootstrap, HTML5, and CSS/SCSS. * Experience developing Microfrontends (Angular Module Federation). * Solid knowledge of accessibility (a11y), applying WCAG standards, ARIA roles, semantic HTML, and tools such as Axe, Lighthouse, or WAVE. * Experience using Git: branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews, and collaborative workflows. * Ability to debug complex frontend issues using tools like Chrome DevTools and profiling techniques. * Sensitivity to UI/UX quality; UX design experience is a plus. * Experience working in dynamic environments with tight deadlines and high delivery volumes. * Ability to work autonomously, proactively, with attention to detail and a collaborative mindset. * Experience working in multicultural and distributed teams. * High level of English (C1\). **What would your responsibilities be?** * Frontend Development: Building robust, accessible, and scalable UI components using Angular, Angular Material, TypeScript, RxJS, HTML5, and CSS/SCSS. * Accessibility (a11y): Ensuring full compliance with accessibility standards across all interfaces, applying WCAG guidelines, ARIA roles, semantic HTML, and accessibility testing tools. * Optimization and Debugging: Analyzing, debugging, and optimizing complex Angular applications to improve performance, change detection, and code maintainability. * Engineering Best Practices: Applying testing, documentation, code reviews, clean architecture, and writing maintainable code. * Autonomous Work: Managing tasks independently in demanding environments with tight deadlines and high-volume UI development. * Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Working closely with designers, UX specialists, and other developers across international and distributed teams. * Infrastructure Support: Supporting internal development tools and workflows within a cloud-based infrastructure. **Additionally, we highly value experience and/or knowledge in:** * Real-world experience on complex Angular projects in production environments. * Experience ensuring AA-level accessibility compliance. * Practical experience maintaining and evolving large-scale frontend applications. * Strong orientation toward quality, detail, and continuous improvement.
