We have the opportunity to hire **Analysts/Developers** with an interest in the **Marketing Automation and Customer Data Platforms** ecosystem. This role will be critical in designing, implementing, and optimizing data- and marketing-oriented digital solutions—ensuring scalability, efficiency, and alignment with client needs. You will have the opportunity to **specialize in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)** and tools such as **Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) / RT-CDP**, supported by continuous training and official certifications. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Configure and extend technical modules on marketing automation platforms (Adobe) * Design, develop, and implement data integrations and processes (data loading/unloading to client destinations) * Build and maintain custom microservices and connectors to integrate external systems * Extend functionality via web applications (Node.js, React) * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical and business requirements * Conduct testing, validation, and performance assurance of implemented solutions * Document processes and best practices to ensure knowledge transfer * Stay up to date with trends and technologies in the digital marketing ecosystem ### **Requirements** * Advanced vocational training (DAM/DAW), Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or related fields, Mathematics, Physics, etc. * Experience in web development (e.g., Node.js/React) * Knowledge of SQL and data architecture * Programming and scripting skills (JavaScript, Python, etc.) * Interest in marketing automation platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, Pega) * Ability to work collaboratively and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences ### **Desirable** * Prior experience with a marketing automation tool (Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pega) * Certifications in AEP, RT-CDP, AJO or equivalent Salesforce/Pega certifications * Knowledge of RT-CDP and real-time data management ### **What We Offer** * Continuous training plan and certifications in leading technologies * Participation in innovative projects in digital marketing and data-driven domains * Collaborative environment and opportunities for professional growth At **Accenture**, a company recognized as a Great Place To Work®, we champion a hybrid work model that—leveraging technology and our facilities—enables us to sustain the essential human connection required to collaborate effectively with our teams and clients.
