Our core values—collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust—guide us toward excellence. **What are we looking for?** We seek an AI Integration Architect to join a specialized team focused on enabling and integrating Artificial Intelligence solutions within a large-scale enterprise ecosystem. IMPORTANT: This position requires **on-site presence twice per week at the client’s office in Alcobendas, Madrid**. You will join a team dedicated to building reusable AI capabilities, defining the architecture and standards that enable integration of AI models, agents, and services with corporate platforms—leveraging modern integration, event-driven, and microservices architectures. The technology stack is built on Google Cloud Platform as the foundation for cloud and AI solution development. ***What will be your mission?*** You will be responsible for defining and establishing the architectural patterns required to connect AI solutions with the corporate technology ecosystem—ensuring scalability, security, observability, and reusability. You will participate in defining end-to-end architectures covering the full lifecycle: API microservice Kafka AI data observability security deployment ***Key responsibilities*** * Define integration architectures tailored to AI solutions. * Design and establish technical standards and reusable patterns for the team. * Lead the design of distributed systems based on microservices. * Design REST APIs and OpenAPI contracts. * Define event-driven architectures using Kafka. * Integrate GenAI solutions and LLMs into corporate platforms. * Design architectures based on LLMs, RAG, and intelligent agents. * Ensure critical aspects including security, resilience, observability, and deployment quality. * Collaborate on the evolution of the cloud and integration platform on Google Cloud. ***Requirements*** * Experience in distributed systems and microservices architecture. * Experience in integration architecture. * Advanced knowledge of REST APIs and OpenAPI contract design. * Experience with Kafka and event-driven architectures. * Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot. * Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript. * Experience working with PostgreSQL. * Proven experience in projects related to GenAI and LLMs. * Experience designing architectures based on LLMs, RAG, and/or agents. * Experience in cloud environments, preferably Google Cloud Platform. * Knowledge of security, observability, resilience, and CI/CD. ***What do we offer?*** * Flexible schedule: Flexible start time. * Vacation: 22 vacation days + 2 personal days, plus December 24 and 31 off. * Permanent contract: From day one, with options for 12 or 14 annual payments. * Flexible compensation: Meal card, childcare voucher, private health insurance, training, and other tax-advantaged benefits. * Benefits Club: Discounts on technology, leisure, and training. * Continuous learning: Access to Udemy Business, language courses, official certifications, and technical training. * Career development plan: Support to grow, specialize, or take on new challenges. * Holistic wellbeing: Nutrition, physical activity, and emotional balance programs. * Work–life balance + LIFE: 24/7 personal and family assistance. * Inclusive environment: Diverse and multicultural workplace.
