**Responsibilities and Tasks**
----------------------
* Providing administrative support for construction projects in Almería.
* Performing registration, telephone reception, photocopying, archiving, and preparing documents and basic calculations.
* Processing procurement files from the Purchasing Board, including machinery, construction execution, and supplies, in accordance with the Public Sector Contracts Law (LCSP) and the Common Administrative Procedure Law (LPAC).
* Processing and recording delivery notes and invoices; allocating personnel costs, machinery reports, contracts, and documentation for funded construction projects.
* Managing personnel files (hiring, variable compensation management, final settlements, etc.).

### **Education**
#### **Qualifications**
* You hold a Spanish ESO, EGB, School Graduation Certificate or Baccalaureate (BUP/COU) qualification (officially recognized in Spain or certified equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities).
#### **Additional Training**
* Documented training in administrative specialties (including office software), lasting at least 120 hours (such training must be documented upon application submission).

* Documented training or experience in the Common Administrative Procedure Law (LPAC) (must be documented upon application submission).
* Documented training or experience in the Public Sector Contracts Law (LCSP) (must be documented upon application submission).
* Documented training or experience in the Data Protection Law (LPD) (must be documented upon application submission).
* Documented training in Microsoft Office Suite (must be documented upon application submission).
* Up-to-date training (completed within the last 5 years) in administration and management, totaling at least 2000 hours (attach qualification certificate and indicate in the registration CV).
### **Previous Experience**
* Between 1 and 5 years of experience in administrative management tasks (such experience must be documented upon application submission via CV and employment history record).

* Offer includes:
+ Fixed-term contract estimated at 6 months, with possible extension for another 6 months, if applicable.
+ Contract type and duration will depend on the hiring reason, project needs, and circumstances of the selected candidate(s). Should a trainee/traineeship contract be formalized, the candidate’s qualification must be related to the duties of the advertised position, involving activities aligned with their academic field, thereby enabling appropriate professional practice consistent with their level of studies.
+ Full-time working schedule.
