The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any time during the process the documents certifying the data provided in the application, as well as to require additional information from the curriculum vitae whenever such information is necessary to verify the requirements and/or merits detailed in this job vacancy. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Hold an official Spanish FP II or CFGS qualification in the administrative field (officially recognized in Spain), or have at least 6 months’ professional experience as an Administrative Assistant ### **Prior Experience** * Minimum 6 months’ professional experience in processing and monitoring administrative files included in administrative procedures, reviewing and archiving documentation, or registering and updating data and databases. ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * User-level knowledge of Word (to be verified during technical assessment) * User-level knowledge of Excel (to be verified during technical assessment) **Merits (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Prior Experience** * 1 to 3 years’ experience performing duties as an Administrative Assistant in public sector entities and/or Public Administration (professional experience) * 6 months to 3 years’ experience processing administrative files (professional experience) * 1 to 4 years’ experience performing duties as an Administrative Assistant in private-sector companies (professional experience) **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract estimated at 6 months, extendable up to a maximum total duration of 9 months, if applicable + Full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. + Flexible working hours. + Possibility of remote work for energy savings, up to 50%, to be determined by the company Applications will be accepted from today, 20/05/2026, until 25/05/2026 at 23:59 (Peninsular Time).
